Our System VS Commercial Cleaning Franchises

DSC Service Partner

  • Start-up fees are as low as $1,000
  • No additional fees for new business. To take on an additional $1,000 worth of new business, you would pay a franchise $4,000, as a DSC Service Partner you pay $0
  • Cost-plus pricing model, meaning you actually have control over your prices. Simply provide us with a quote on your company’s service, we add our administrative fees on top, and bill the customer accordingly.
  • We don’t charge any additional fees to take on new business, so have no reason to “recycle” accounts. It is our best interest to provide you with the necessary support to maintain each account as long as possible.
  • Each service partner undergoes a 4-week training program where they learn every aspect of running a successful commercial cleaning business. Additionally, we provide you with unconditional operations support. We make sure you have the proper tools to successfully run and grow your business.
  • As your business grows, our support team will guide you through the process to make sure you have the necessary infrastructure in place to sustain your growth. Unlike franchises, our business model is not designed to maintain our members as owner operators, but to help them create, operate, and grow successful companies.


  • Average start-up costs are upwards of $15,000
  • New accounts are sold at an initial fee of 3-4 times the monthly billing. That means every time you take on an additional $1,000 of extra business you pay $4,000 up front in addition to on-going royalties and other admin fees.
  • Monthly royalties and administrative fees range between 15 to 25 percent of your income
  • Unethical “account recycling” – Accounts are purposely taken from one franchisee to be sold to another
  • Low pricing strategy to generate new business often leaves franchisees with little profit and with zero control on the pricing for their services
  • Besides a few days of training, no real on-going support
